Cajun Shrimp Pasta with lotsa pics!
« Reply #-1 on: February 15, 2015, 11:29:27 PM »
I started off by shelling and deveining 2 lbs of shrimp. The shells were used to make a shrimp stock, which then was added to with herbs, spices, tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, tomatoes, onion, and garlic. This simmered for an hour, and then the movie begins.....lights...roll 'em!
Thanks for watching!  Enjoy
