BBQ and what one thinks is good BBQ is very much a regional thing. If you ever find yourself in or near Greenville, NC around Noon please check out B's BBQ on B's Barbecue Road. I do not know what time they start serving but they are only open until around 2:00PM each day. It is honestly an old style BBQ Shack. They have a small area with tables indoors and they have a take-out window on the outside. If you want to taste an excellent example of Eastern N.C. Pork BBQ and BBQ Chicken then B's is the place.
