Peanut Butter and Jalapeno Cheese Burger

Two 85/15 burgers seasoned up and on the grill.



Jalapeno slices and Cheese ready to go on



Jalapeno's applied



English Muffin into toaster



Peanut Butter of choice ready to be applied



A nice layer



It's Game Time Boys and Girls




As my good friend Kynola pointed out to me. THIS IS SO WRONG, ON SO MANY LEVELS!! However it is one heck of a good tasting burger! Hard to explain but trust me it is good. I even ate the whole thing and shot my diet all to hell in the process!

To put it simpler terms. I Tried It, and I LIKED It and I Triple Dog Dare YOU to try it!! ;D

2 winters ago I flew up to  Minneapolis to visit my daughter and son in law....I was on the LAST plane allowed to land at MSP - then they shut down the airport ( Remember the storm that collapsed the roof on the domed stadium where the Vikings play??? - yep THAT storm... )

So - we got to their house, and after shoveling snow all day - we decided to walk to a bar/grill that we could see smoke/steam coming from. Figured - if it is on fire, it would at least be a good hand-warmer :).

They were serving this burger and - I like Kynola thought...it strange  - but I ordered it anyway. I liked it well enough I walked back tot the bar the next day for another one... ;D

Looks good to me! My wife thinks I am wierd because I like peanut butter and baloney sandwiches.

I've never had this either, but I'd be willing to give it a try.

I like Asian dishes with peanuts or peanut sauce, such as Kung Pao Beef & Pad Thai, so I bet I'd like this!

I'd give it a shot, but I wouldn't be a sissy and take the seeds out I see you saved those Jalepeno seeds for next years Harvest ;D ;D ;D Nice job Chris!!!
