Here we are making BBQ baby back ribs, BBQ beans, and corn on the cob.

By the time super bowl hits I will have been working eighteen straight days at the sportsmen and home and garden shows at cal expo.  My wife says I have to cook ribs and beans.  I'm also cooking those jalo/ beef/bacon things.

Was gonna do a brisket, but got aced out of that--too many complaints about that much meat.   SO, probably some wings and ABT's.    We are not hosting this year, so I kinda have to go with what the host wants or doesn't want.

Same here they usually have non football food...so not sure what I should make.  Wings might be a good idea!

I'm gonna' do up several racks of ribs.  About half will go out to the winner in a church charity auction we held last fall (he paid about $50 a rack for them and that's a great way to raise money).  The other half will go with the wife and I to a party where everyone is bringing "something".  Should be interesting  8)
