My mother made the request so I had to deliver! I used the hooks the cook the ribs. The Turkey was cooked on the grill grate.
The Turkey was brined over night, then injected and seasoned about an hour prior to the cook. The turkey was also basted during the cook. I opened the air vent about an hour into the cook to help crisp up the skin. It worked pretty well.
