Mushroom Grilled Cheese Sandwich
« Reply #-1 on: January 24, 2017, 09:42:36 PM »
I saw this recipe on Susan Recipes and it looked awesome so we decided to give it a shot tonight.

Onion, mushrooms, and garlic being sautéed.

Buttered some Pepperidge Farms Deli Swirl bread and letting the butter soften before spreading.

Finished sandwich!

Most definitely a great sandwich and I am really thinking this would make a good filling for a non-traditional patty melt.
