Sour cream Enchiladas
« Reply #-1 on: December 10, 2012, 09:52:01 PM »
My wife found this recipe on the Tillamook cheese website. I'm glad she found this recipe as it turned out great, she claims the 30 minute prep time is about five hours after going to the store, cooking and pulling the chicken, Rachel Ray, and then grating all that cheese (I saw the package). Anyway heres the website and her version of Sour cream Enchiladas. She used half peppers instead of diced. You gotta try it. Recipe is at the Bottom :) .

Heres the Recipe
