Trying something new. Been on the low carb eating plan now for 1 year and really liking it. But sometimes it can be a hassle to find a sweet to eat just to full fill a craving.
So I made this recipe up as I was going and came out rather well
1 cup mozzarella shredded (shredded myself)
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/8 cup water + 1 tbs if needed
1 egg
1 tsp of psyllium fiber
1 tsp of granulated stevia (Pryure brand powder) Use the stevia as a sprinkle on the outside when finished
The dough...
mix all together and form two balls, flatten out till about 7 to 8 in round add your filling and close up end bake or air fry for about 8 mins then flip for another 5 mins and if you want to brush with butter once you flip them
