Cordon bleu country style

Well had a few hunks of chicken laying in the fridge so I thought why not do Cordon Bleu  BUT, make a gravy for it!

So here is country style Cordon Bleu with butter gravy (low carb flour)  ;)

Pan seared the chicken on all sides to cook, then moved to the air fryer to finish

Gravy is car-quick mixed with butter drippings from cooking the chicken and lots of pepper and salt with a little half and half mixed in

Looks great!!!!  Thanks for the CarbQuick gravy idea.  I've been missing gravy since I started back on a low carb diet.  I will have to make this one evening for sure (with the chicken cordon bleu also).
