Whipped up a batch of chili, just a pound of 80/20, yellow onion, green pepper,  kidney beens and packaged seasoning.

Sorry Capt., but Ohio is considered the chili state (more chili eaten here per capita than any other state, with Cincinnati leading the state).

We actually eat it both ways with and without beans.
