Cooking equipment.. I have an Akorn, a 3 burner gas charbroil, infrared style and a old fashion weber charcoal grill.
I also have a really old electric faberware rotisserie!
I can barely make toast, so grilling is a learning exercise for me.
I googled for information on how to run the Akorn (with and without an automatic damper control) and that's how I found this website. What a relief to read that I'm not the only one fighting this Akorn & having similar issues!
My buddy has an old fashion fire box smoker,. so i hope to be able to cook as good as him someday before I'm too old to lift the lid on the Akorn
