Perfect, did you do anything special to get the nice crust ?

I did a reverse sear after an overnight dry brine, pulled them at 105. While getting the MB 560 to 600 I rubbed them down with some EVOO and lots of black pepper. They went two minutes per side turning each side after one minute.
