TBE Ribs and Chicken
« Reply #-1 on: February 21, 2013, 06:26:41 AM »
I had a slab of Ribs in the fridge and have been reading a lot of rib posts lately. So, being easily influenced I decided to cook them up and add some chicken breast. You can add a lot in The Big Easy.

Rack of Ribs on one side of basket, using the Rib hooks

Four chicken breast on the other side, using the half racks.

About 45 minutes or so the breasts were done.

Ribs pulled

And plated.

It's after 7:00 P.M., I haven't eaten all day (got the flu - 'nuff said) and I shouldn't be looking at this, 'cause now I am ravenous!

That looks seriously yummy. I love that deep color you got on both the chicken & the ribs.
