It's hard to be a good hot dog. I use the Nathan brand. Once my son in law, and executive chef, got some hot dogs from ''Austrialia Wagu" and they were the best I have ever had. Of course, we all now know there is no such thing as "Wagu" outside of Japan because it is not allowed to be exported anymore. Barry had a good article linked about that one time.
