Flank steak.  Went like this.

In the fridge to rest a bit.  but I am hungry now so time for a little snack.

smoked some cheese a couple weeks back.  1/19 to be exact.  smoked a butt a few weeks back and had some left overs.  Nachos.
1st layer

that looks better

little cheddar, Havarti, and pepper jack

Ok time to get back to the flank steak.

A little apple

nachos were great with the smoked cheese.

We love the flank steak recipe.  Got it from my aunt who is a chef.  actually cooked for the oscars a few years back.

All of it is beautiful! Tell us about the first pic - your recipe for the flank steak. That looks like it needs to be in the recipe section for Red Meats for sure!

I usually just guess on measurements but I think they are

Flank Steak

Mix together
1 tbsp tarragon
2 tbsp rosemary
2 tbsp thyme
2 tbsp garlic
salt
pepper

rub EVO over flank steak and rub with mixture.  Let sit for a few hours.  I usually do it the night before or early the morning the day of.  Cook to your liking

Roasted Cauliflower
1 head of cauliflower
2-3 cloves of garlic, peeled and coarsely minced
Olive oil
Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
Parmesan cheese
I like to add planko bread crumbs

METHOD
1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut cauliflower into florets and put in a single layer in an oven-proof baking dish. Toss in the garlic and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. If the oven hasn't reached 400°F yet, set aside until it has.

2 Place casserole in the hot oven, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes (toss 1/2 way), or until the top is lightly brown. Test with a fork for desired doneness. Fork tines should be able to easily pierce the cauliflower. Remove from oven and sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese (and planko??) and cook for a few more minutes
