Chicken Quesadillas ala SRG

Something quick and simple. Good enough for pics to look at. Nothing fancy.
Seasoned with Zack's grilling spice


Ready for the one sided quesadillas ;D


Cut them up


My mother in law is Mexican and we get a steady supply of fresh tortillas ready to roll.


Rolled out and getting happy


This is what you want to get. Puffed up getting steamed from the inside right before you flatten them down to finish


One sided quesadilla. Not a taco ;D straight up meat, cheese and I like to add a Lil bit O  ranch dressing

Looks real good. You should get the cast iron griddle that Academy sells so you can cook those tortillas on your SRG as well.

Nothing like home made tortillas..So very fast and easy too. Did you roll them or use a press?  Excellent looking meal.  Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

My wife is Mexican but doesn't know how to make them. My MIL makes them and my wife picks them up. ;D
