high quality meat smoked outdoors on a well-used wood fired pit. 
no rub, no sauce, just meat + smoke

I like the lunch special they call "Bone Jour"  1 meaty beef rib, 1/4 chicken and 3 baby back ribs with choice of 2 sides" beans, slaw, tater salad or corn muffins. $8.
Good stuff.

Someone needs to start a place like that here in Ohio..there are none..good BBQ meat and a few good sides...perfect. At least I think so.  Pam ☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
