Hello everyone.  I am a newbie to this site and am excited to learn more about smoking and grilling.  I recently purchased an electric smoker from Smokin-It (model 2) and couldn't be happier.  I also belong to the forum over at Smokin-it, however, this forum also caught my attention due to the massive content.  Looking forward to meeting members and making new friends!

Man...we are gonna have to keep an eye on these MN guys...they can be trouble. If you get pack of them together - next thing that you know - the Ole and Lena jokes start flyin' and wanna start talkin' walleye fishin, and deer huntin'... :D :D :D :D :D

mmmm.... I do have some walleye in the freezer - might have to grill them this weekend.  Maybe create some walleye burgers. ;D

Welcome from Southern California. Got a Smokin-it #3 and it is a solid smoker. i also hang out from time to time on the Smokin-it forum and they got a real nice bunch of folk over there........but this is home for Old Smoke  :)
