Good Morning y'all from Phil, Georgia
« Reply #-1 on: August 23, 2013, 08:03:43 AM »
I am excited about joining this forum.  I am not a blogger nor commercial business mining data.   I just have a family of 5 and enjoy firing up the BBQ.

Even though I have been BBQing for years, I am sorry to say I am still a novice griller.
Those BBQ series with injection recipes, special types of dry rub for different meats motivated me to improve my game.    I thought a discussion forum would be great to learn & share and LTBBQ looks like a great place.   Thanks Tim for helping me get registered!

Welcome Phil from North Carolina.  Any chance you will be able to attend the Fall Gathering near Augusta?  Great people and a wonderful atmosphere to learn more about cooking BBQ.
