I just placed my order for a Blaz'n Grill Works Gridiron and hopefully it will be delivered
this week.  I am not new to BBQ as I am an avid Weber cooker, owning 4 grills and a smoker.
I have always been curious about pellet cooking as I have a few friends doing competitions
on pellet grills. I am quite active on the Weber board (TVWBB) and at this time I don't plan
on giving up any of my Webers.  Even though my son is wanting my WSM really bad!  ;) I am
also an avid photographer so you will probably see a lot of my cooks and probably get tired
of me posting photos.  8) Being new to the pellet world I am hoping to gain as much
information, tips and tricks from everyone here on this board.  I have been looking through
some of the topics and I can tell this is going to be a fun and informative venture.

B T W, I've lived in Metter, Statesboro, Jesup, even Cobbtown...so I'm kinda familiar with southeast GA.
