We went to his steak house two weeks ago for our wedding anniversary. It was good. I have a coworker that went to that one a couple weeks ago and said the BBQ is outstanding. Said the beef ribs are killer.

Capt Cuz, when it opens up, we gotta try it out. That pit looks like it might be styled after Smitty's with the live fire just outside the opening. I can't wait to taste this bbq. It has a lot of people talking about it.

Jack - I think it only proper of you to send a brisket to each of us out in the "Brisket Hinterlands" of the East - so that we have a good example to hone our craft up to a proper Texas  style brisket….. ;D ;D ;D
