Got up there at 11 o'clock opening time, drove about 45 miles to get there across Brazoria county, but as we found out, well worth the trip. We saw one guy leaving with his take out bag and his folding chair- he must have gotten there REALLY early

I got the 5 meat plate (the beef rib counts as two meats, it's huge)Sausage, pork ribs, brisket and beef rib
Becky got the 3 meat plate Bone in pork belly, sausage, pork ribs

This is the way to finish a pork rib

Me and Ronnie Killen and about $5,000 worth of beef ribs in the cardboard boxes alog side his indoor pit

Ronnie took time out to talk to us a bit, very nice guy. Wife wanted chicken but he only does it on Thursdays and Sundays. We'll be back next Thursday..............
