Killen's is the real deal. The Capt and I waited in line for about 30 minutes and it was well worth the wait. Very tender and moist brisket and German style sausage that is pretty close to Lockhart and Elgin hot gut and it tastes like the sausage I grew up on as a kid. Very good. This was my first Le Cordon Bleu BBQ and I loved it. I always enjoy lunch with my cuz. He has so many great stories.

Hey Capt... you should come out to Tyler for the Red Dirt BBQ and Music Festival Saturday (and bring me some Killen's while you're at it).  :D
