Busy Sunday
« Reply #-1 on: November 10, 2013, 12:10:17 AM »
So the plan for today was to cold smoke some cheese for Thanksgiving, and make some ribs to eat while watching the Tide Roll.

Here is the cheese out of the smoker, did 2 hours of apple. Wanted it light so I could have it ready for Thanksgiving.

I had a couple of pics when they were bagged, but I accidentally deleted them.

Here are the ribs rubbed and ready to go in the smoker.
Made a rack of BB and a couple of beef ribs. For sides I had some smoked asparagus, hasselback potatoes, and some beans.

After 3 hours of smoke, wrapped in some foil love.

Here is the finished plate.

The meal went down great, especially when Bama won.
Why couldn't Noah have swatted the 2 mosquitoes?.

x2! How did you do the asparagus? My only attempt wasn't a pretty sight, and tasted just as bad.
