Nothing wrong with C-Rats if you are hungry.  Heck... MREs can be downright tasty after a while.

When I was in the Navy we were fortunate to have 3 hots and a flop 95% of the time.  I ate C-Rations once during a training exercise.  The best part was the 3 Pall Mall cigarettes ... even though they were very, very stale!  :D
