Tonight's SRG Pork Chop dinner
« Reply #-1 on: January 22, 2014, 08:53:13 PM »
SWMBO wanted pork chops and rice tonight so I fired up the SRG and the rice cooker. I seasoned the chops with Texas Roadhouse steak seasoning and pepper, for the "wild" rice mix I added a little salt and a tsp of Dizzy Pig's new Bombay Curryish seasoning throw in some frozen peas and you've got a heck of a tasty dinner.

There is one nice thing about peas. They are round and will easily roll off the plate and into the trash if the plate is tilted :-\

Saber if you move my peas I will have room for another delicious looking chop :P

Great looking plate, but I will also skip the peas.

My late father, God bless him, used to say this about peas.

"I eat my peas with honey.
I've done it all my life.
It makes the peas taste funny.
But it keeps 'em on the knife."

Love and miss ya, Pop.   ;D
