Quick SRG Pork Chops
« Reply #-1 on: May 09, 2014, 09:47:02 PM »
I needed a quick meal tonight so I thawed a couple of chops and gave them a quick swim in some Soy Sauce, then seasoned them with some Texas Roadhouse seasoning and onto the SRG. I had some Brussels Sprouts but no taters so I got creative and peeled and chopped up a couple of apples to sauté with the Brussels, seasoned with a little S & P and finished with a splash of balsamic vinegar. I don't know who was more surprised at how good they turned out me or the wife.

Go for it and make it your own, I think I would had some red onion next time, but I didn't have any in the house when I did this batch.
