Tonights CSR's on the SRG
« Reply #-1 on: May 26, 2014, 11:10:56 PM »
Had a couple of CSR's in the freezer and decided to do them instead of pork chops for dinner tonight. The fatty parts got a little charred this time even though there was no sugar in the seasoning, but other than that they were moist and tasty. I wrapped a little bit of the wife's leftover pork in tortillas with some shredded smoked cheddar for a snack tomorrow. Served it with some grilled spears, nuked corn on the cob and a slice of crusty bread from my new round cloche.
