Title: Legs two ways

Made some legs on the Cook-Air grill two ways...

I put them on the Cook-Air loaded with Hickory on DEFCON 2. My first time running it lower and using the lid...

Cooked them until they had the color I liked. Then plated...

They were moist and had a great smoke flavor.... Yum!
