Since I do not have to be back to work until Monday I got me some Baby Back Ribs in the MES 30. Did a Memphis Dry Rub on them with Char-Broils POS Memphis.

And they were good. Cooked up some taters and onions in the cast iron pan with some Bush's Grilling Beans.
