Two different chicken nuggets (LOW CARB)

Had a craving for chicken again so I thought I'd make chicken nuggets in the Air Fryer XL

This is the low carb almond/Parmesan mix I make and the sauce is a low carb sauce I found at Peach Park in Clanto Alabama on the way to the beach.

The rack I use is one I cut to fit the basket, really hlps and you don't have to turn the chicken while cooking

None sweeten, more like a hot sauce really good, but I did add Stevia to make it sweet

No we don't get that stuff down here, thye south is always last to get stuff     I mean the meat markets are still trying to figure out what a Tri Tip is

it's carb count was low though 2 per tbl thats not bad and it does not taste sweet at all thats why I added sweetner

It taste great well worth the carbs as a treat ever now and then

Not me     it's that good!     Reminds me of a sweet and hot sauce you would get in a Chinease restaurant , nice little kick

True, but that's a few miles from where I live so no biggie.  Now tornadoes are another story
