I cooked halibut and asparagus on the rec teq last night. I rubbed the halibut with lemon infused olive oil and seasoned with Dizy Pig Raging River. I cooked the halibut at 400 for 15 minutes which ended up being about IT of 125. While halibut was cooking I cooked asparagus on grill grates for about 12 minutes. Turned out really good.

Looks really good - wish I could afford halibut (and a RecTec to cook it on).

That right there is an awesome looking dinner!

I've never had halibut, but that version of it looks mighty good.

Luckily I live in PNW and all the halibut that I cook I catch, so I don’t have to buy it.
