.Philadelphia BOLD cacked pepper & Garlic cream cheese
.Mushrooms diced
.Mini yellow sweet pepper diced
.Green onion diced
.thin sliced bacon
Mix together with the cream cheese.
Cut a pocket into the chicken breast being careful not to cut all the way through.
Fill with the cream cheese mixture.
Wrap 3 slices of bacon around chicken breast so the pocket gets closed.
Use a toothpick if need be to hold it all together.
Dust with your favorite BBQ dry rub.
Place into the air fryer so the opening is facing up
Cook @ 360F for 25 minutes
These are getting frozen for a later meal.
The cream cheese I used but you can use any one you like.
