3/4 cup Mayo (I prefer Hellman's)
1 T sugar
1/2 T cider vinegar
1 bag prefab coleslaw, or shred your own
1/2 lb cooked bacon (I slice it in 1/2" pieces prior to cooking) drained.
1/2 cup chopped peanuts (I like dry roasted)
combine dressing ingredients in large mixing bowl, add coleslaw, cooked bacon and peanuts, stir just enough to combine. very simple to make, but it's my favorite coleslaw by far!

Muebe and Pappy need not read this reply.
I use a similar recipe to make a Crunchy Pea Salad. It is a summer time favorite around our house. I'll have to give you slaw recipe a try now.

Great idea of adding cooked bacon and chopped peanuts to coleslaw.
I will pass this on to Sweetie to add to her already fine coleslaw.
