Not very "hippyish" to drop over 20K on a camper. :D

I wanted a double decker bus for my camper..with the entire upstairs for a bedroom..would have been kewl..or an Airstream with 2 boards cut and put on top to make it look like bread in a toaster..would be cute at the campground.
I settled for a Jayco Eagle. Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

This is my Old VW Transporter truck.Has about 100,000 miles, its a 1959. Can carry 1 TON,amazing.Gets 25 miles per gallon and can haul a ton up the mountain at 25 MPH.
Top speed at 60,55 is better.Has a very comfortable ride.
The sides of the bed fold down and turns it into a flatbed. Also has underbed storage compartment.
Its Mrs's truck actually...she laid claim to it and it likes her.
We bought from an Old man, second owner, who was going blind. He APPROVED us as owners because he didnt want it either sold for a profit,or modified from original.I think we paid about 6000? something like that in 2000.

Spuds,
That is really cool!! My BIL had a camper and one like yours for years. Drove the day lights out of both of them. The camper made a trip to Alaska from Virginia and back when he was a relatively newlywed.

Check to see if they have a pet option for Mollee. You know, a pull along behind the main trailer.

That is cool, way to expensive, but cool. I had a 1982 VW Westfalia camper van, it was the last year of the air cooled VW vans. I had a lot of fun with it and it was perfect for spur of the moment camping trips and going to festivals. Wish I had it back.
