Title: Champagne Turkey

If cooking a turkey in a vertical cooker an empty Champagne bottle works far better than a "Beer Can" 8)
 If you empty the morning of the cook makes it more interesting  ::)

Any concerns that the heat from TBE would shatter the glass? I always struggle to keep a large turkey in the correct position.

I'm using the stand from my old oil turkey fryer.
