Title: Toad in the Holes, Super Pig Bacon and Maple Bacon Smoked Coffee

Busy day here today so needed a warm breakfast. The Fed-Ex guy dropped our bulk coffee order off today plus 1# of Maple Bacon Smoked Coffee to try. Got the bacon prepped with Super Pig, the buns halved and buttered, and the beans measured and ground. When the bacon was nearly done, the water was poured into the french press, and the farm-fresh eggs were cracked and put inside the "holes". Wow, the aromas coming out of the kitchen were out of this world! The "toads" were flipped, bacon distributed and the press was plunged. One fine breakfast!
The Maple Bacon Smoked Coffee was the best flavored coffee that I think I've ever had. I'm not one for flavored coffee but this is one I'd enjoy every once in a while. The first hit of flavor was the smokey taste followed by the maple, and finally a hint of bacon. A nice change of pace for this dark roasted black coffee drinker!
