I had to stop by Sams this afternoon and found two briskets for what I think is a good deal.$ 2.98 a lb. One is mostly flat with a small tip. The other is Fat! I'm interested to see it once it's ouet of the bag. It really looks like a large tip...

Have you tried the Chef's Store yet? I think their prices are as good or better than RD.

I've shopped them both and have found their prices to be pretty much the same for what I buy. (Butts, Ribs, and Brisket) Chef'Store (USFoods) is closer,so that's they one I've been using lately.
