Title: Labor Day Babies

Harris-Teeter (local supermarket) had baby backs on sale.  I saw the ad and decided that was the way to go for the end of summer, Labor Day cookout.  The bad news was, that even on a BOGO, the H-T price was higher than the SAM's regular price!  The good news, I needed three racks and Sam's had them in 3-packs!

Rubbed down with a combination of Smokin' Guns & Cimarron Docs.

About 4 hours on Fat Boy, spritzed w/apple juice, then later basted with sauce (Sweet Baby Rays, Scott's, Maple Syrup. bourbon).
