Title: Copycat pizza

Saw this on tv.  Sounded good to me so had to try and make it.  Plus it gave me a reason to pull out the uni.  Have not been using it nearly enough.

Fig
Gorgonzola
Red pepper flakes
Mozzarella
When fine drizzle with honey

Mmmmmm.  We'll be making again

And fishing has not been that good.  Been trying but have only gotten 2.

Pizza looks good but MY OH MY that second fish especially - WOW!  I am hitting the river tomorrow hoping to have some luck.

Did great on Springer but the fall fish are kicking my rear.  Spring a couple hundred go over the dam.  Fall we have days off 20 thousand and I can't get any.
