Tri-Tip on my gasser with the A-MAZE-N Pellet Smoker. I cooked it on the rare side so I can re- heat it later in the week, it came out good with a nice smoke taste.

Great looking tri tip!!! Get some grill grates for the nice Weber and you won't get flare ups! Don

I have Grill Grates, I like the flames for the reverse sear at the end
