Baby back, full rack.
Salt and pepper..a bit more pepper.
3 hours at 225
2 hours Wrap in foil but, add 2 pats of butter and about 4 Oz of a juice, I like pineapple. Tighten foil so no steam gets out.
1 hour Unwrap and turn up to 300. Add sauce in the last 15 minutes, serve!

I have never used salt and pepper only on ribs.
Like the pineapple juice idea :thumbup:
