OK...so was reading chriswalters post about PBC vs Akorn. Great replies,as usual. BUT....they were so convincing that I just had to order one for myself.

Looking forward to a totally different way of smoking.

We will happily accept responsibility as a community of PBC lovers! :D :D :D :D. And it appears Chris got competent and comfortable with his right away from his posts. Which is the norm for everyone - because of the simplicity and support via the library of PBC videos - and LTBBQ discussion forum.

You are going to have a lot of fun! Please keep us posted with your cooks, and any questions on your tasty journey. :)
