Baked a couple of pizzas in the Blackstone last night.
First one is a pepperoni, black olive, & onion.

Second one is a sausage, pepperoni, onion, & pepper.

Both turned out pretty good, although not my best effort. :D :D

I made a three day dough but didn't use until 5 days,so the crust was a little sub-par.
I think it had just gone past it's "sweet spot".
I just finished putting a roof over my cook deck, so now I can cook, smoke, grill, bake, roast, or just sit & drink beer come rain or shine.
