Title: Strawberry Cake on the Cobb Grill

I did this bake on my Cobb Supreme grill using 14 all hardwood briquets.

I started with a simple box of yellow cake mix and split it between two 7” cake pans.

Took about 27 minutes to get them done.

It makes a nice attractive and simple dessert for any grill.

Wow! It amazes me what you are capable of doing  on the Cobb! Looks Fantastic! :thumbup:

Very creative - really nice result.  Curious though, does it taste like smoke at all?

Not really any smoke taste as I didn't use any smoke wood and the surface that is in the smoke is less than 10% of the total surface area of the item I have cooked.
