Title: Spicy Korean Wings

This is a new recipe from Jess Pryles, it called for fried wings but was out of oil so marinaded the wings in the sauce and threw them on the PBC and tossed them in a little more sauce after. These were really good, sticky sauce with some decent kick.

Whoa Nelly, do those look good. Jess can sure cook.......Pitts n Spitts offers a special Jess Pryles offset smoker that is a beauty.....
