Title: Mo Rockin Half Chicken
Post by: Pappymn on March 10, 2018, 06:39:55 PM
I haven't used the AF for something like this. Came out great. It doesn't compare to a grill, but not bad when I don't wanna be in the cold cooking.

Mo Rockin is a great rub. Wish I could remember who makes it. ;)

Now, Pappy, I know your memory ain't that short.
What I'd like is the details of that cook please because I have the chicken, the air fryer, AND the Mo Rockin' Chicken rub from Savor Spices.com

Oh that's right :)

Olive oil and rub over and under the skin. Cooked at 370 degrees until internal of 165 degrees. I wanna say about 60 minutes. But around these parts we cook to temp not time.

If it wasn't for that great looking chicken, that baked tater would steal the show.

Thanks for the details Pappy. Makes it easier to plan when we can eat that bird.   :D :D
