Title: My first stick burner

Here is the new M1 sitting on my front deck.
Stick smoking a couple racks of baby backs.
So far I find it easy to maintain wood fire on this unit.
Nice clean light smoke. I shot for 250* it seems to be at 270*.
I think that's the way you do it.

I used to have an M1... you are in for a treat! Only reason I sold was because we moved to a home with a smaller backyard and I had to sell several of my grills/smokers.  As you’ve seen, they are built like s tank and operate smooth as butter :)
