Theirs a simple recipe to make these at amazing ribs and they are phenomenal!!!! I love them and they taste exactly like Disney or a fair.

Years ago we took the kids to Disney. We stayed late and all the food places had closed. We were all whiney at that point just because we were so hungry. As we came around a corner there was a Turkey Leg Cart! And they were really cheap to boot. Like 1 or 2 dollars each. Those were some awesome drumsticks...

I love 'em and I agree; they're easy to make. I just use my brown sugar ham cure brine, like this:

They're a heck of a lot less expensive making them yourself, too! And if you can't find turkey legs, turkey thighs or big chicken legs will also work just as well.

ill try your recipe next. It has more volume to really get the turkey submerged . Thanks
