This recipe comes Malcom Reed of the Killer Hogs BBQ Team. I saw his video the other day and since we have most of the
ingredients we decided to give it a shot. The only thing we changed is we didn't have any mini penne pasta and I substituted
the regular sausage for our favorite which is Conecuh. Chicken and sausage were cooked in the Weber kettle using the vortex
and grill grates. I used Stubbs charcoal and a small chunk of cherry wood.

Looks good, Mike!! I am working my way through leftovers right now. Tonight I finally finished the corned beef I made for St. Patty's Day by turning it into corned beef hash. Diced potatoes and diced onions added to the diced corned beef. There is enough leftover for a breakfast. I'll probably add a couple of poached eggs on top of mine.

So the pasts is replacing the rice? Inetersting, and it looks good!

I believe so Cliff. I just followed his recipe which I believe he just threw together. I may try it again with rice but the pasta was fantastic.
